Who Can Add Notes??

There has to be a balance!

Some of our users favor having all their photos set to "Anyone can add notes" (whereby signing in is not required) and some wants to limit interactions to "Only signed in members can add notes". One of our aim is to enable members to customize their default settings but this function is not in placed yet. So today we will conduct an experiment - we have changed our default option for all newly uploaded photos to "Anyone" can add notes. (Of course members can still make the changes anytime, just that if nothing is done, it will go to the default option)
